Is the monthly subscription really a flat fee — same price every month?

Yes — your monthly fee is fixed regardless of how many security events occur, how many alerts are triggered, or any other variable. You pick the tier that matches your organisation size and pay the same amount every month. No surprises.
What if my organisation grows past the staff limit?

Simply move up to the next tier. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated. We won't penalise you for growing — just drop us a message and we'll update your plan.
Does the subscription include any visits or hands-on work?

No — the subscription is a remote digital monitoring service. No specialist visits your office. All reports, calls, and support are delivered remotely. If you need hands-on security work such as a penetration test, this is quoted separately as a one-off service under Section B.
How are one-off services priced?

Every one-off service is individually scoped. You tell us what you need, we come back with a price agreed in writing before any work starts. No hourly rates, no scope creep, no surprises. One simple bill when the work is complete.
Can I use one-off services without a subscription?

Yes — one-off services are completely independent. You can commission a penetration test or audit without being on a monthly plan. That said, subscription clients get priority scheduling and faster turnaround.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — monthly plans cancel with no penalty and no notice period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days but we'll always honour a refund request in the first month if it's not right for you.
